Care & Independence
The Sophie Barat Residence is a not for profit registered charity which was developed by Past Pupils for Past Pupils of all Sacred Heart schools on land donated by the Society of the Sacred Heart within the grounds of Mount Anville.
The Residence offers secure, independent living in a development of 28 houses set in beautiful, mature grounds. Security and peace of mind are the essence of life at the Residence. Security alarms to a 24-hour resident co-ordinator are provided.
As we age, many of us are faced with the prospect of revising our living arrangements. While thinking about the future, planning ahead can give us more choices, making a big difference to our level of independence and quality of life. If home upkeep and maintenance has become difficult moving to the Sophie Barat Residence could be the solution.
The independent living houses at the Sophie Barat Residence are compact homes specially designed for the older person who wants to remain independent in an environment that is safe, secure and caring.
