I graduated from Mount Anville in 2010 and have been working in the catering industry in both Dublin and Australia for the last four years. It was when I was living in Melbourne that I saw how popular tasty sandwiches could be and I started to see them as a key part of my future catering business. When the pandemic hit and dinner parties and celebrations were no more I began to revisit this idea in order to begin working for myself, as well as a way to experiment with new menu ideas.

Lunch Dublin was born in October 2020, I make and deliver lunch packs to people working from home with a new menu every week. Each pack contains sandwiches, treats and soups which are all freshly made. All you need to do is heat your lunch and enjoy, visit @lunchdublin on Instagram to find out more!
