Louise set up Vita-Nutrition in 2016. After leaving school she studied Biochemistry as her primary degree. Louise has always been interested in life sciences and so followed a business path into pharmaceutical medicine for over 15 years. While taking time out to be at home with her four children, she reevaluated where her true passion lies.

Louise returned to study and retrained as a nutritional therapist. She believes we are what we eat, and where she has a real respect for modern medicine, one is not exclusive to the other and that both are important for optimal health. At Vita-Nutrition, Louise takes an evidence based approach to nutrition for life and not just a short term solution or a quick fix to weight loss or health.
