Head of Communications at the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) based in Basel, Switzerland.

The BIS is an international financial institution owned by central banks which fosters international monetary and financial cooperation and serves as a bank for central banks.  Jill joined BIS from the Central Bank of Ireland where she had held the position of Head of Communications.
